Zurli celebrates 20th anniversary with parade in Bucharest
More than 5,000 people, including children, parents, and grandparents, gathered on Sunday, October 4, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Zurli. The parade took place along Calea Victoriei in Bucharest, starting in front of the National Military Circle and concluding at Revolution Square.
Participants, including the Gașca Zurli characters, mascots, and the Gașca Zurli Junior group, joined families who wore colorful costumes and carried anniversary signs. The event featured a flashmob at Revolution Square where attendees danced and sang to the song ‘Am o căsuță mică’.
Mirela Retegan, the founder of Zurli, expressed gratitude for the turnout, noting that the scale of participation exceeded expectations. The parade marks the beginning of a series of anniversary events scheduled throughout October.
