Separately, the Feira de Santana City Hall has reinstated the Joia da Princesa Consortium, which includes Webfoco Telecomunicações Ltda. and Fluminense de Feira SAF, following an administrative appeal. A legal review by the Municipal Attorney General's Office determined that the SAF was not required to publish financial statements in official gazettes or large newspapers, as digital publication on the company's website is sufficient. The consortium is now qualified to compete for the management concession of the Alberto Oliveira stadium.
