2026 ERC Rally Poland – Suninen victory and incidents

A serious accident on stage 11 at Hażlach saw Piotr Piesko and Mateusz Kacprzak’s Peugeot 208 Rally4 flip, catch fire and halt the stage; both drivers were hospitalized in stable condition. Earlier incidents involving Marcel Neulinger and Dominik Stříteský forced the cancellation of stages at Jastrzębie‑Zdrój and Ochaby, raising safety concerns throughout the weekend. The event also counted toward the Polish national KIQ RSMP championship.
