In Gualtieri, two men aged 28 and 33 were reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office for a nighttime theft at a gelateria in the Santa Vittoria district. Although the suspects wore masks, they were identified through surveillance footage and specific clothing. One suspect was recognized by the shop owner, while the second was identified by his build, gait, and camouflage trousers.

In Catania, a 22-year-old man was arrested following a supermarket theft in Piazza Cavour.
