A series of fatal road accidents occurred in Karnataka, India, during mid-October 2026.

On October 11, a truck struck a Durgamata Daud Devi religious procession in the Belagavi district, killing three people and injuring over ten others. In a separate incident in the same district, a state-run bus collided with a tipper truck, resulting in one death and 12 injuries.

By October 16, further accidents were reported in the state. Near Periyapatna, a head-on collision between a sleeper bus and a truck killed four people and injured 14. Additionally, near Hubli, a private bus veered off the road and crashed into a field, causing the death of an eight-year-old girl and injuring 16 others.
