Mozart musical performances in Italy

Overview

Various musical events centered on the works of Mozart are scheduled across Italy in late October and early November 2026.

In Nola, the fifth edition of the concert series ‘Gli infiniti mondi di Mozart, dalle diversità alla pace’ is set for October 23 and 24 at the Duomo. Directed by Andrea Noferini and featuring a partnership with the Mozarteum of Salzburg, the event includes performances by the Nola Symphony Orchestra ‘Aldo Ciccolini’ and soloists such as Alexander Umundum, Hansine Pellböck, and Freddy Wu.

Additional performances of Mozart’s Requiem are planned for late October and early November. In the Secondigliano district of Naples, the church of Santi Cosma e Damiano will host a free performance on October 29 as part of the ‘Extra Moenia’ project, led by Maestro Enzo Amato. In Rovereto, the Associazione Filarmonica di Rovereto will perform the Requiem, along with Haydn’s Symphony No. 30 and Mozart’s ‘Alma Dei creatoris’, to inaugurate its 105th season at the Teatro Zandonai on November 1.
