In Apucarana, Paraná, a 65-year-old man sustained head wounds and abrasions after falling from a garage roof while performing repairs without personal protective equipment.
By the end of the month, further incidents occurred in Araras, São Paulo, where a worker named Kelvin Luna died after his head was caught between a mobile elevating platform and a ceiling at a facility.
