The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) has established the schedule and format for the 2026–27 Ziraat Turkish Cup. Following the draw for the first elimination round held at the TFF Riva Hasan Doğan Camp and Training Facilities, the TFF announced the specific schedule for the opening matches. The first round, involving 20 teams from the Nesine 3. Lig and 20 amateur teams, is scheduled for September 15–17. Matchups include 1923 Afyonkarahisar vs. Ürgüpspor on September 15, and various games on September 16 involving Adanaspor, Yeni Malatyaspor, and Eskişehirspor. The round concludes on September 17 with matches such as Amasyaspor FK vs. Çankırıgücü and Orduspor 1967 vs. Torul Belediyespor.

The second round, occurring October 6–8, will include 33 teams from the Nesine 3. Lig and 9 teams from the Nesine 2. Lig. Entry points vary by club; for example, Fethiyespor enters in the second round, while Muğlaspor and Bodrum FK are scheduled to begin in the fourth elimination round in early December.

Major clubs from the Trendyol Süper Lig and 1. Lig will enter in subsequent stages. Alanyaspor, Eyüpspor, and Kasımpaşa join in the third round, followed by Samsunspor and Göztepe in the fourth. Top-tier clubs, including Beşiktaş, Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray, Başakşehir FK, and Trabzonspor, are scheduled to join in the fifth elimination round in mid-December.
