Šabački vašar festival events

Overview

The Šabački vašar festival has featured various musical performances and appearances by Serbian public figures.

During the event, singer Ljuba Aličić criticized modern music trends for prioritizing visual spectacle over vocal quality. Performer Rada Manojlović also drew large crowds, while the festival noted the continued absence of Vesna Vukelić Vendi following a dispute with organizers two years ago.

Subsequent appearances included Nataša Rodić and singer Darko Lazić. During the program, Lazić’s wife, Katarina Lazić, performed a song, though Lazić noted she has no intention of pursuing a professional singing career.
