ABBA musical productions and tributes

Overview

Musical productions and tributes centered on the group ABBA are being scheduled across Europe. In London, the digital concert production ABBA Voyage has announced an extension at the ABBA Arena through June 28, 2027, to mark its fifth anniversary. This production uses visual technology to present digital versions of the band members performing with a live band.

In Croatia, the Zagreb Philharmonic Orchestra is set to perform a symphonic tribute titled ‘Golden Age Symphony - The Greatest Hits of ABBA’ at the Lisinski Concert Hall. The event is supported by the Swedish Embassy with an exhibition titled ‘Swedish Musical Moments’.

Further tributes include the band YVOLUTION’s show ‘ABBAlution’, which utilizes 1970s-style aesthetics. Additionally, German broadcaster WDR has scheduled a 90-minute special titled ‘Legendär! Wir feiern ABBA und ihre Hits’ to celebrate the group’s music.
