In early August, the Avança Acre coalition officially launched the re-election bid of Governor Mailza Assis (Progressistas) with a historic ticket pairing her with former deputy Jéssica Sales (MDB), the first all-female ticket for a major state race. The alliance, comprising Progressistas, União Brasil, MDB, PL, PDT, and Democratas, also confirmed Senate candidates Gladson Cameli and Márcio Bittar. Following the launch, Jéssica Sales pledged an active role as vice-governor, stating she would travel to municipalities and hospitals to bring citizen concerns directly to the governor’s office. On 19 August, the Regional Electoral Court of Acre (TRE-AC) confirmed the regularity of the Avança Acre coalition and rejected the AGIR party's slate for failing to meet gender quotas. Throughout late August and early September, Assis led various mobilizations, including a large-scale ‘bandeiraço’ in Rio Branco and the candidacy presentation of Yargo Rodrigues for the Legislative Assembly. As elections approach, the campaign has expanded into the Juruá Valley. On 22 September, Assis and Sales held a campaign walk in the Miritizal de Baixo neighborhood of Cruzeiro do Sul. During the event, Assis emphasized a platform of humanized healthcare expansion and incentives for rural producers, noting that Sales’ medical expertise would help address social demands. On 24 September, candidates intensified activities in Rio Branco and Tarauacá. Alan Rick (Republicanos) focused on Rio Branco with visits to cooperatives and specialized rehabilitation centers. Mailza Assis (PP) expanded her reach to Tarauacá through a car caravan and meetings with religious leaders. Thor Dantas (PSB) (PDT) conducted walks in central Rio Branco, while Tião Bocalom (PL) participated in a televised interview, proposing a development program for the 22 municipalities of Acre and expressing an intention to work with Flávio Bolsonaro to combat organized crime.
