In Fiastra, authorities ordered the closure of a newsstand and e-bike rental service at a lake beach entrance. The operators described the action as “administrative harassment,” alleging the municipality is violating a previous stay of execution regarding building compliance. In Casamicciola Terme, the kitchen at the Suisse Termal Village was shut down following an inspection by Asl Napoli 2 Nord, which cited “serious hygienic-sanitary and structural non-conformities” that posed an “imminent and grave danger to public health.”

In Crotone, the Anima Beach Club faced a temporary closure ordered by the local police headquarters (Questura), a move supported by the President of Confindustria Crotone as a necessary security measure. Meanwhile, in Puglia, the autism day center ‘La Fiamma sul Ghiaccio’ ceased operations. The local Mayor noted the facility struggled to meet structural and professional requirements mandated by regional regulations, specifically regarding the staffing costs required for accreditation.
