The wearable technology market has seen new developments in AI-integrated smart rings. In October 2026, Natura announced Interface, a $99 stainless steel ring designed for screenless interaction with AI agents like Claude and ChatGPT via the NatureOS platform. The device focuses on voice commands for tasks such as scheduling and note-taking, while also providing health tracking for heart rate and sleep.

In November 2026, Aina, a consumer hardware company founded by former Ultrahuman hardware VP Apoorv Shankar, unveiled the Aina Ring. After 15 months in stealth, the company introduced the titanium device as a human-computer interface designed for the age of artificial intelligence. The ring features a small OLED display, a microphone, a speaker, and a joystick-like button for gesture control.

Unlike the Natura device, Aina utilizes a proprietary Context Aware Operating System to predict user needs, such as booking rides, managing meetings, or controlling smart home devices. Users can approve or reject AI agent suggestions via the ring to reduce smartphone interaction. The device is designed to integrate with iPhones and Macs, offering up to 18 hours of battery life.
