Airtel Africa has confirmed plans for its mobile financial services unit, Airtel Money, to pursue an initial public offering (IPO) and list ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The proposed listing is structured as a secondary offering involving the sale of existing shares held by current shareholders.
