AK Mornar athletics club competition performance

Overview

Athletes from the AK Mornar athletics club in Bar, Montenegro, have participated in both international and domestic competitions.

In late August, nine young athletes from the club traveled to Brno, Czech Republic, to compete in the 21st European Children’s Athletics Games. The event featured approximately 2,500 participants from 27 countries.

Following this international appearance, the club demonstrated significant success at the 18th Montenegro Championship for young athletes held at the SC Topolica athletics stadium in Bar. AK Mornar secured 23 medals during the championship. The event also saw the establishment of four new Montenegrin national records, including performances by Hana Husak in the 60m hurdles and the AK Mornar girls’ 4x100m relay.
