Algeria is undergoing various large-scale recruitment initiatives across the public and private sectors. In the public sector, the government has launched campaigns for the education and security sectors. In the private agro-industrial sector, Baladna El Djazair (also referred to as Baladna Algérie) has initiated launched a national recruitment campaign to fill 1,000 positions as progressively through the end of 2027. This initiative is part of the execution phase for a large-scale project designed to enhance Algeria’s food security. This security through an integrated model of plant production, dairy farming, and industrial processing. The recruitment drive, which includes drive will utilize a ‘talent caravan’ to identify candidates, starting in the Adrar province on September 5 before traveling through cities like Adrar, to other major cities, including Oran, Constantine, and Algiers, Algiers.
