This has reportedly caused delays for individuals with a Unique Disability Certificate (CUD) who depend on imported supplies.

Separately, via Disposition 5979/2026, ANMAT prohibited the use, sale, and distribution of specific batches of Medtronic Latin America Inc. products following reports of theft. The ban targets Paradigm 3.0 ml reservoirs, MiniMed subcutaneous infusion sets, and Guardian 4 sensors to prevent the circulation of items where traceability and storage conditions cannot be guaranteed.
