Apple Arcade’s catalogue keeps growing. On 6 August 2026 the service debuted an Apple‑only edition of *Madden NFL 27*, featuring Franchise and Quick‑Play modes, updated teams and player ratings, and full controller support on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV and Vision Pro. EA Sports confirmed that the *Madden NFL 27 Arcade Edition* arrives a week before the console and PC versions, retains Franchise and Quick‑Play but omits the Ultimate Team mode, and updates player ratings weekly. A new Narrative Messaging System creates season scenarios based on roster moves and press conferences. Apple Arcade senior director Alex Rofman highlighted the addition, noting further sports titles such as NFL Retro Bowl, NBA 2K and Football Manager are now available on the platform.
