These transfers occurred while the union’s healthcare provider, Oschoca, reportedly faces a liability of nearly $30,000 million and a loss of over 17,000 active contributors. Additionally, investigations have highlighted the financial activities of Moyano’s son, Facundo Moyano, noting Moyano.
