The win was positioned as a showcase for sustainable seafood and Argentine marine products. A week later, on 30 July, the competition disclosed the three finalists for its eighth edition: Anna Restaurante de Campo in Chaco, Alcanfor in Buenos Aires, and Crujiente in Ushuaia. A jury chaired by Colagreco selected projects that combine culinary excellence with sustainable practices and strong territorial identity. The finalists will present live dishes at the 27 August final at the Faena Art Center, emphasizing regenerative farming, circular-economy sourcing, and regional flavors. By mid-August, details regarding the broader Argentine culinary scene received further recognition. Jury finalists emerged.
