The Milan Prosecutor’s Office has requested pretrial detention, describing the 26-year-old artist as having a “very high level of dangerousness.” He faces multiple charges, including drug trafficking, illegal possession of weapons, resisting authority, receiving stolen goods, and the unlawful processing of data after using social media to livestream the police raid.

During interrogation before judge Chiara Valori, Hueber denied drug trafficking charges, claiming the substances were for personal use due to a declared addiction. Regarding the firearm, Hueber admitted to possessing the .35 caliber Beretta and approximately 50 rounds of ammunition, but stated he purchased it through a Telegram group for self-defense following a recent burglary at his home.

His lawyer, Niccolò Vecchioni, has requested that no precautionary measures be applied or, alternatively, that the artist be granted house arrest, citing personal vulnerabilities. Meanwhile, Palermo Mayor Roberto Lagalla stated the city is evaluating the situation, noting the administration will wait for judicial developments before making final decisions regarding a scheduled concert at the Velodromo.
