In August 2026, several artistic and cultural initiatives were launched in the Faenza and Brisighella regions of Italy, focusing on ceramics, memory, and landscape. The RELANDART European project introduced ‘SEDIMENTI’, a series of workshops and installations running from August to October 2026. This initiative uses ceramics and theatrical storytelling to process the collective memory of floods that occurred in May 2023 and September 2024. The project includes land art installations using recycled materials and clay, alongside theatrical workshops exploring resilience. Concurrently, the Argillà Italia international ceramics festival was scheduled for September 2026 in Faenza.
