The government of Baja California has introduced initiatives to bolster regional economic competitiveness and technological infrastructure. The forum seeks to attract international investment to the Tijuana-Rosarito-Ensenada corridor and the Cali-Baja region, featuring major hospitality brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and Wyndham.
