Banco Macro–Brangus financing partnership

In late July 2026, Banco Macro and the Asociación Argentina de Brangus formalised a strategic cooperation aimed at expanding credit access for Argentine cattle producers. The agreement, signed by Banco Macro president Jorge Brito and Brangus president Mauricio Groppo, creates specialised loan lines for buying breeding stock, retaining pregnant cows and acquiring farm technology.

The partnership also commits the bank to a visible presence at major sector events, including the National Brangus Exhibition, the Palermo Rural Expo and regional auctions, reinforcing its role in the agribusiness market. Brangus, representing over 500 active members and around 20,000 registered users, expects the financing to boost productivity and competitiveness across farms of all sizes, while Banco Macro seeks to deepen its portfolio of high‑value agricultural clients.
