Barcelona electronic music festivals 2026

Overview

In June 2026 Barcelona hosted the Sónar Festival, drawing more than 150,000 visitors across three days of performances, conferences and installations. The event featured a revamped night program with headliners such as Skepta, Modeselektor and Kelis, and introduced new components like Sónar Kids and the city‑wide Sónar District. Two months later, the Brunch Electronik Festival returned to the Parc del Fòrum for its fourth edition, running from 7‑9 August. The lineup included Kaytranada, Jeff Mills, The Blaze and other leading electronic‑music acts, and the festival added new stages and sustainability measures such as 100 % renewable fuel, water refill stations and free fruit.

In late July, organisers announced that the August edition would be followed by a four‑date series at the Jardins de Joan Brossa from 23 August to 13 September. Highlights will feature opening sets by ARTBAT, Marco Carola, Solomun and a joint performance by Dennis Cruz and Josh Baker, extending the festival’s open‑air programme beyond Parc del Fòrum. Both festivals underscore Barcelona’s role as a hub for large‑scale electronic‑music events in 2026.
