Following the victory, head coach Selçuk Şahin expressed satisfaction with the team's offensive productivity, noting they scored four goals and created several clear scoring opportunities. However, he highlighted defensive vulnerabilities, stating that conceding goals despite having control of the match was a concern requiring correction.

Batman Petrolspor is now preparing for an away match against league leaders Kayserispor. The squad expects a boost with the return of Polat Yaldır from injury, while Pedrinho and Mücahit are available following the end of their suspensions. The upcoming match in Kayseri will be officiated by Asen Albayrak, with 2,000 seats allocated for traveling supporters.
