The NIBIRU entertainment complex on Romania’s Black Sea coast has maintained rapid growth following its official opening on 16 July 2026 in Costinești. The inauguration, featuring performances by Delia and Puya, was noted by Romanian cosmonaut Dumitru Prunariu, who remarked, “For the first time in more than 50 years a new seaside resort opens in Romania.” Visitor numbers scaled rapidly, surpassing one million guests within 24 days of opening, a milestone confirmed by payment provider Festipay. To celebrate, the one-millionth visitor, 13-year-old Bogdan G. from Sibiu, was awarded lifetime free access to the resort.
