Overview

The tenth season of the Tamil reality series Bigg Boss, themed ‘Carnivizha’, premiered on September 6, hosted by Vijay Sethupathi. The 100-day run features a new eye logo and the tagline ‘Inga Onnu Nenacha… Pathu Nadakkum’.

A revamped format was implemented during the launch, where a live audience voted to determine which contestants would enter the house. Out of 29 initial personalities, 19 secured spots. The ‘Common Man’ twist allows non-celebrities to compete alongside established stars. Three winners from the ‘Bigg Boss: The Common Man’ contest—Jason, Muniyamma, and Shama—have officially joined the house.

The production, which required 45 days to construct, features over 54 cameras and a redesigned kitchen area. The season airs on Star Vijay with 24/7 streaming available on JioHotstar, including extended live voting capabilities for audiences in Singapore, the UK, and Canada.
