BMW limited edition racing anniversary releases

Overview

BMW has released several limited-edition vehicle series to commemorate major racing anniversaries.

In late September 2026, BMW M and BMW Motorrad unveiled the ‘100 Jahre Nürburgring’ special edition series for the Nürburgring circuit’s centenary. This collection includes six four-wheel models, such as the M3 Touring and M5 Sedan, as well as three limited-edition motorcycles: the M 1000 RR, M 1000 R, and M 1000 XR. The motorcycles are limited to 100 units globally. The M3 Touring features ‘BMW M Ignite’ technology to meet Euro 7 emission standards and is finished in ‘Nürburgring Green’.

Following this, BMW Motorrad announced the M1000RR Limited Edition Isle of Man TT to mark the 115th anniversary of the Isle of Man TT. This model is limited to 115 units globally and features ‘British Racing Green Metallic Matt’ paintwork. In Japan, availability for this motorcycle is highly restricted, with only two units available through a lottery system held in late September.
