Additionally, BMW has introduced two departure windows: those leaving before March 31, 2027, are eligible for an undisclosed ‘Turbo Bonus,’ whereas those leaving by October 31, 2027, receive only the standard package. Management expects the program to cost hundreds of millions of euros initially but anticipates annual savings of roughly one billion euros starting in 2028 as the company transitions toward new technologies and artificial intelligence.
