In mid‑July 2026, Bosnia and Herzegovina held a series of remembrance ceremonies for World War II and 1990s atrocities. On 13 July, a gathering at the Dubravska plateau marked the 33rd anniversary of the 1943 Orašlje massacre—where German SS and Ustaše units killed 63 Bosniak civilians—and the 1993 killings of 15 residents by HVO/HV forces.
