Brandi Glanville medical health crisis

Reality television personality Brandi Glanville has disclosed a series of complex medical diagnoses following years of misdiagnosis. Her confirmed conditions include Coccidioidomycosis (Valley Fever), Demodex dermatitis, Mononucleosis, and highly resistant ESBL Klebsiella and Enterobacter with biofilm. Glanville reported the presence of a “fungal ball” in her face that requires surgical removal, noting that during an ultrasound, a technician and radiologist reportedly observed “something alive” and “moving” within her face.

Her treatment regimen is intensive, involving up to 20 hours of daily IV infusions for several months, alongside planned surgeries to remove dental metals and breast implants. These medical challenges have resulted in significant physical and financial strain. Glanville reported extreme weight loss and weekly medical bills reaching approximately $7,000 despite having insurance.

Due to these mounting costs and the threat of losing access to necessary medication, a GoFundMe campaign was launched by her friend, Gina Rodriguez. Glanville expressed embarrassment regarding the fundraiser, stating she is reluctant to ask for help while facing pressure from creditors. The campaign, which has a $28,000 goal, has received contributions from fellow ‘Real Housewives’ alumni, including Kyle Richards, Vicki Gunvalson, Eileen Davidson, Camille Grammer, and Heather Gay. Glanville has since expressed gratitude on social media, stating she felt “overwhelmed by the outpouring of love” as she continues her medical fight.
