This initiative includes credit lines for informal workers to replace high-interest debt with rates capped at 1.99% per month, entrepreneurship credit for Fies students (up to R$ 80,000 for individuals), and the use of FGTS balances as collateral for payroll loans. A specific ‘Desenrola Fies’ component targets students with contracts signed until 2017 that were in the amortization phase as of May 4, 2026.
