Brazilian music is being celebrated through various cultural initiatives, including a festival performance in Florianópolis titled the ‘100 Years of Brazilian Popular Music’ show at the Franz Cabaret Cultural Festival in Florianópolis. A collaboration between Universal Music Brasil, Tha House Company, and FRecords (also referred to as Favela Records), focuses on reimagining and Central Única das Favelas (Cufa), the repertoire of Chico Buarque.
