Vitória Valle de Oliveira Pinha, a 36-year-old outsourced veterinarian, died following an attack by a Belgian Malinois at the Brazilian Senate Federal's kennel in Brasília. The incident occurred on the morning of Tuesday, August 18, while Pinha was performing her duties as an animal handler for the Cinotecnia Service, specifically while feeding the animal.
