Cadillac V-ONE hybrid concept and Escalade IQ program unveiling
Cadillac has introduced the V-ONE, a single-seat hybrid concept car developed in collaboration with chassis constructor Dallara. The vehicle is a study designed to translate technical elements from the brand’s LMDh V-Series.R racing program into a more accessible experience for customers. Debuting at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering in California, California during Monterey Car Week, the concept utilizes a carbon monocoque and pushrod suspension architecture derived from its racing counterpart. Notably, the V-ONE features a redesigned 5.5-liter hybrid V8 engine producing 830 combined horsepower, which exceeds the 670 hp limit set by current racing regulations.
