Cadillac V-ONE concept and Escalade IQ program unveiling

Cadillac has introduced the V-ONE, a single-seat hybrid concept car developed in collaboration with chassis constructor Dallara. The vehicle is a study designed to translate technical elements from the brand’s LMDh V-Series.R racing program into a more accessible experience for customers.

Debuting at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering in California during Monterey Car Week, the concept utilizes a carbon monocoque and pushrod suspension architecture derived from its racing counterpart. Notably, the V-ONE features a redesigned 5.5-liter hybrid V8 engine producing 830 combined horsepower, which exceeds the 670 hp limit set by current racing regulations. While sharing hardware with the endurance racer, the V-ONE is designed to be more approachable for non-professional drivers through a driver-focused cockpit and a customized digital interface.

Alongside the V-ONE unveiling, Cadillac announced the ‘Curated by Cadillac Escalade IQ,’ a customization program for its flagship all-electric SUV. This program enables clients to collaborate with designers to choose from millions of combinations, including more than 160 exterior colors. Deliveries for the Escalade IQ program are anticipated to commence in the United States and Canada during the second half of 2027.
