The Movement for the Renaissance of Cameroon (MRC) is engaged in a legal and political dispute with the Cameroonian Ministry of Territorial Administration (MINAT) regarding the recognition of a party convention held in December 2025. Specifically, activists have criticized the government for continuing to recognize certain individuals within the party leadership who had reportedly been expelled.
