The Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen expansion launched on 9 October 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2. The expansion introduces the frozen Norgan region, twelve “Lost Rites” dungeons, and the Forsaken Dominion. Players encounter the mysterious Eir, a Fallen Dragon, and engage in a gameplay loop involving the collection and appraisal of relics to unlock equipment. New content includes the “Soul Searching” quest and a new music track, “Burn The Sky,” composed by Casey Edwards and Ollie Swift. Accompanying the launch is Title Update 4.0, providing technical optimizations such as AMD FSR 3 Frame Generation, NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 on PC, and enhanced PSSR for PlayStation 5 Pro.
