Greece continues to serve as a prominent destination for high-profile international figures, both for seasonal travel and long-term residency.

Recent summer activity has seen a wide array of stars visiting various islands. Sofia Vergara was spotted in Mykonos enjoying the nightlife, while singer Antigoni Buxton visited Paros with her partner. Other notable travelers include Madonna, who visited Corfu and the Meteora region; Justin and Hailey Bieber, who stayed at a luxury hotel in Porto Heli; and Rita Ora, who was documented in Hydra. Kate Hudson has also become a regular visitor to Skiathos, alongside Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell. Additionally, Giannis Antetokounmpo has been noted among the high-profile visitors.

Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson have maintained a 450-square-meter stone villa on a 24-acre estate in Antiparos since 2004, and reports suggest the couple also acquired property in Patmos in 2018.
