CFMOTO motorsport expansion and racing partnerships

Overview

CFMOTO has secured a role as the official motorcycle supplier for the FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship (WorldWCR) beginning in the 2027 season. Replacing Yamaha, the Chinese manufacturer will provide the CFMOTO 675SR-R model, along with technical support and spare parts, for the 2027 to 2029 period.

Building on this momentum, the company has expressed long-term ambitions to enter MotoGP. To support this goal, CFMOTO has acquired a 51% majority stake in racing engineering firm Kalex and extended its partnership with the Aspar team through 2031. Management noted that current priorities involve strengthening technical and organizational structures to meet the engineering requirements of premier class racing.
