Chase Hyatt point transfer ratio changes
Overview
Chase announced changes to the point transfer ratio between Ultimate Rewards and World of Hyatt. For holders of the Chase Sapphire Preferred and Ink Business Preferred cards, the existing 1:1 transfer ratio is scheduled to end on September 30.
Beginning October 1, the transfer ratio for these specific cards will decrease to a 4:3 ratio, meaning 1,000 points will yield 750 Hyatt points. Cardholders of ultra-premium products, including the Chase Sapphire Reserve, Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business, or JPMorgan Reserve cards, will maintain 1:1 transfer parity.
