Chile-Paraguay 2026 entrepreneurship programs

Overview

In early August 2026, Banco Itaú opened applications for the sixth edition of its Itaú Transforma accelerator, targeting small and medium enterprises in Paraguay. The program offers training on business models, cash flow, digital marketing, mentorship and cash prizes.

At the same time, the Incubadora de Negocios Chrysalis at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso launched TIM Activa 2026 in Chile, providing scholarships, coursework, a boot‑camp, mentorship and a final investment pitch for early‑stage ventures.

A few days later, Chile’s state agency Corfo announced the Tarapacá + Emprendedor program for the Tarapacá region. The 36‑month initiative will select 15 innovative early‑stage projects, delivering training, diagnostics, mentorship, technical support and networking to build a pipeline of businesses that can progress to incubation and funding.

Together, these announcements show a coordinated push across Chile and Paraguay to expand entrepreneurship support, strengthen early‑stage companies, and connect founders with mentors and investors throughout 2026.
