Chilean water utilities community funding initiatives

Overview

Water utility companies in Chile are providing financial resources for community development projects through various competitive funds.

In the Coquimbo Region, Aguas del Valle selected 21 initiatives for its tenth “Contigo en Cada Gota” fund. These projects, which include support for fire departments, community organizations, and academic endeavors, are scheduled for execution through January 2027.

In the Tarapacá Region, Aguas del Altiplano awarded resources from its 2026 Contestable Fund to seven social and sports organizations in the Tamarugal area.
