Constanța summer festival season 2026

In late June 2026 the Destination Management Organization of Mamaia‑Constanța, local cultural operators and the Constanța City Hall released a detailed programme for July’s summer events. The schedule combined beach concerts, film screenings, a classical violin recital, a jazz festival, and a kick‑boxing gala, aiming to turn the seaside resort into a broader cultural destination.

By late July the fifth edition of the Stagiunea Estivală a Artelor Spectacolului (SEAS) was underway, converting the city into an open‑air stage from 24‑26 July. International street‑theatre, aerial shows, puppet performances and music ensembles were presented across multiple locations, with highlights such as Deus Ex Machina’s "Le Grand Mire" aerial production and percussion groups from Barcelona. The festival continued into mid‑August, reinforcing Constanța’s role as a regional hub for performing arts and attracting visitors from across Europe.
