On August 10, 2026, Courtney Clenney, the internet personality known as Courtney Tailor, pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the 2022 fatal stabbing of her boyfriend, Christian Obumseli. The plea deal with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office allowed Clenney to avoid a second-degree murder trial, which carried a potential sentence of up to 30 years.
