Acting Assistant Commissioner Paula Hudson described the individual as a “principal distributor of ISIS propaganda,” noting that the content was specifically designed to radicalize others. The man faces multiple charges, including membership in a terrorist organization and the transmission of violent extremist material. He also faces charges for using a carriage service to cause offense, with a maximum potential penalty of 10 years in prison.
