The fourth edition of the ‘Hrvatski vitezovi’ (Croatian Knights) international boxing tournament was scheduled to be held on August 22 in Dugovača Cove, Dalmatia. Organized by the Ares Diabolik Zadar Boxing Club, the event was designed to provide Croatian boxers with high-quality international competition in an outdoor seaside setting while honoring Croatian defenders.

Following the event, reports indicated that the tournament drew record crowds and featured 20 matches. Mario Krluk of Salona Solin was named the tournament’s best boxer after a split decision victory in the under 70 kg category, while Yevhenii Sukhorukov, a Ukrainian boxer competing for Germany, was recognized as the best foreign boxer. In the junior category, Hrvoj Rados of Ares Diabolik Zadar received the best young boxer award. The competition also served as a final preparation stage for members of the Croatian national team prior to the European Championships in Sofia.
