Querétaro is hosting a series of major cultural and artistic events throughout late 2026. In September, the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro (UAQ) scheduled a program of eight performances at its Aeropuerto campus, including specifically at the Hangar 001 Scenic Forum. The gallery opened with ‘Entre rostros’, an exhibition of works by youth from the Center for Detention and Execution of Measures for Adolescents (CIEMA), intended to use art as a tool for social development. Looking ahead to November, November 9–15, the city will host the inaugural Art Week Querétaro. This multidisciplinary event will integrate art, design, architecture, fashion, cinema, and photography. A central component of this week is the JUSTQRO international contemporary art fair, scheduled for November 12–15, which is expected to showcase works from nearly 60 artists across various media.
