Various cultural and athletic events are being organized across the Crete region to showcase local heritage and traditions. Organized by the Municipality of Platanias in collaboration with the Region of Crete, the festival is scheduled to conclude on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at Platanias Square. This year’s edition is dedicated to Cretan wine and tsikoudia production, accompanied by its derivatives, aiming to highlight local product quality and promote traditions.
